Our Return Policy

At StudioModa, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Original tags attached - All tags must remain intact and attached
Unworn and unwashed - Items must be in new, unworn condition
No fragrances - Items must be free from perfume, cologne, or smoke odors
Clean and undamaged - No stains, marks, or alterations

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email us at studiomoda.florvelez@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Our team will respond with return instructions and a return authorization

Step 3: Ship the item(s) back following our provided instructions

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item(s). The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags
  • Items with signs of wear or washing
  • Items with fragrance or odor
  • Final sale items
Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at studiomoda.florvelez@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
